Order Processing:

● All orders are processed within 2-4 working days after payment confirmation.
● Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
● In case of any delay due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you via email/phone.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

● We partner with reliable courier and logistics services to deliver across India.
● Estimated delivery times:
● Delhi/NCR: 2-3 working days after dispatch.
● Rest of India: 5-10 working days depending on your location.
● Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than usual.

Shipping Charges:

● Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

International Shipping:

● Currently, BRAD ships only within India.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

● If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product.
● In the event of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partner. Resolution may take 7–10 working days.

Change in Shipping Address:

● Requests to change the shipping address must be made before dispatch.
● Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be modified.
