Refund and Returns Policy

At The Blind Relief Association, Delhi (BRAD) we value your trust and are committed to delivering quality products crafted with care. Since our products are handmade and created to support our initiatives, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy. However, we do allow exchanges under specific circumstances.

No Return & No Refund:

  • Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • We also do not provide refunds for any products purchased through our website or at our outlets.


Exchange Policy (Applicable Only in Limited Cases):
 

You may accept request of exchange if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or not functioning as intended.
  • The product received is of a different colour than the one you originally ordered.


Conditions for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, with its original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be shared.
  • Supporting evidence, such as clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product, must be provided.


Exchange Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at +918595502191 or sales@blindrelief.org with your order details and issue description.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the product to be exchanged with the correct or functional item.
  • The decision regarding the approval of an exchange rests solely with The Blind Relief Association, Delhi (BRAD).


Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product/colour is not available, we may offer a suitable alternative.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the request does not meet the above conditions.
